Since it was launched in September 2015 TNT has delivered approximately 38,000 parcels to TNT Local Exchange locations around Australia, with most receivers collecting their goods within 48 hours of delivery.
Recently, TNT Local Exchange, has won the Asia-Pacific Stevie Award for Innovation in Transportation and Logistics.
“People are increasingly purchasing goods online and it isn’t practical for them to always be available during business hours to receive their parcels at home. A missed delivery means customers would be burdened with the inconvenience of having to travel to a depot to pick them up.” said TNT Australia Sales and Marketing Director, Nick Swift.
