Toll & Fastway:
If there are any IT issues and you are unable to process parcels on the Nparcel Toll and Fastway online portal, please CLICK HERE to use the Manual POD Capture Sheet.
If a customer has come to collect a Toll parcel but it is not in your shop, please direct the customer to Toll customer service on 13 15 31
If a customer has dropped off a Fastway parcel and the driver hasn’t picked it up within 24 hours, please have the customer contact Fastway on 1300FASTWAY (1300 327 8929), or CLICK HERE to contact your local courier for pick up.

Please contact Blueshyft on 1800 817 483 (Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 7:30pm; Sat: 9am-5pm; Sun: 9am-12pm) and select option 1 during this period (except 25th December, 1st January).
